Critical enabling works essential to the delivery of Nottingham Express Tramway Phase ll, through Beeston Town Centre.

Scheme design predicated on the radical remodeling and re-fenestration of the 1970’s shopping centre located adjacent to the Beeston Conservation Area. Carefully articulated to express the fresh importance of the newly exposed gable, the application of a contemporary palette of cladding materials helps reinforce a true sense of arrival within the town centre and a fresh identity to this sequence of buildings now located within the immediate context of a Grade ll* listed church and acting as a town centre ‘entry sequence’.
