Chris, a founding partner at studio:planA, boasts in excess of twenty-five years experience both as a Architect and as a Project Leader.

Chris is particularly interested in the development of sustainable design solutions and has worked extensively on education masterplanning across the UK. He has significant current experience within this sector, notably in Primary and Secondary Schools Projects and Further Education College Assignments.

He offers specialist skills in Space Modelling and Curriculum Analysis and has successfully delivered an extensive portfolio of projects from inception to completion, including Hartford Art Block, St Christopher’s High School Six Form Centre and the Pendleton Gateway facility which incorporates Child Care Facilities. Furthermore, he performed a significant role in the delivery of the prestigious £28m office and assembly unit for the Ford Motor Company Ltd.

Whether as an architect or Team Leader, Chris has a depth to his project experience and is able to distil the relevant data and disseminate knowledge so that the widest of audiences grasp the principles underpinning the emerging proposal.
